Position: Student Counsellor

Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Salary: BDT 20,000–25,000 + Attractive Commission
Responsibilities
- Counsel students interested in pursuing higher education in South Korea.
- Provide accurate information about Korean universities, academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Review students’ academic backgrounds and recommend suitable universities and study programs.
- Communicate professionally with students and guardians through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain proper counselling and communication records.
- Assist students throughout the university admission and application process.
- Coordinate with the admission, documentation, and visa-processing teams.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and ensure a high standard of service.
- Work towards assigned monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any recognised institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with students and guardians.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be responsible, punctual, professional, and capable of working effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of South Korea, Korean universities, admission procedures, or student visa processing will be given priority.
